With a little help

from my friend J I finally got the mirror and the shelf up in the bathroom :)
Due to my... creative measurements we had to move the mirror around a few times and this has left some not so nice holes in the wall. I'll try to find some nice paint to cover them with...
I suppose I can blame the crookedness on my faulty eyes... I have to get new glasses soon!

In exchange for his physical effort I made dinner. Think my cooking skills surprised him ;) But my grandmother taught me well. She started when I was 7. My first lesson was making a bearnaisesauce from scratch and if I didn't get it right she'd pour it out and I would start again...
Picked up some wine on the way home too and we shared a bottle as J wasn't driving. He has sold his car, the Smart. Seems like he had a nice weekend canoeing in the wild. Actually he was in my old hood - Nyköping. Creeps me out just thinking about it. I'm so glad to be back in town!

Thinking about asking T to join me at the party on Saturday. Must take this under some serious advicement... Wonder if creepy couple M&M are coming. I'm so mean but I hope they break up soon. Can't stand them together - they truly bring out the worst in eachother...

Shouldn't you be with someone who makes you feel relaxed and brings out the best in you not a person who you compete with in everything. Oh well, as I so rarely meet them I don't really care.

Started planning a bouleevent with my posse. Boule is a nice sport. You don't sweat and you can drink wine doing it :) Speaking of sweating I'm going boxing tonight again. And I'll wear my new white sporttop :)

Saw the coolest belt that I need (if I want it - I need it) it has "I don't need your attitude, I got one of my own" written on it. Just one problem: it's a mans belt so it's quite large but maybe I can make new holes in it. Must have it!

Today it's nice and sunny, unfortunately I have to be indoors working. Speaking of the weather: hope things work out i New Orleans. I haven't been yet and I'm dying to see the old French Quarters.

List of places I want to visit:
1. Egypt - the pyramids
2. Paris - can't ever get enough
3. New York - for the vibe
4. New Orelans - the big Easy
5. Napa Valley - for the wine and the views
6. Las Vegas - "we're in Las Vegas tonight" :)
7. HongKong, Shanghai and Macao - decadent and mysterious
8. Peru - The Inka trail
9. Haiti - history, rum and vodoodolls
10. Berlin - clubbing and shopping
11. Istanbul - carpets, palaces and bellydancers
12. Rome - Ecce Roma
13. Alaska - coola nature very Peak Performance
14. Barcelona - Gaudi and shoe-heaven
15. San Fransisco - hills, trams and trannies

and so many other places...

Take care
